Refer a friend or client T&Cs 

 
At Sydney Wide Home Loans, we are committed to a completely transparent relationship with all of our clients. From the lenders we suggest to them, through to the most appropriate products we present them with.

 

We approach our referral program in the same way. If you refer a friend or client to us it is not only our choice but an obligation to advise them of the referral and the payment which we pass on for the business you provide us. We believe that this payment is simply an expense of doing business, not unlike advertising and marketing costs. 

 

You will notice from our many testimonials that we have many happy customers and as with any business, we rely on word of mouth. We aim for all our clients to feel confident to refer their family and friends. Many of these clients were referred to us by our extensive business partner network. i.e Solicitors, Accountants, Financial Planners, Builders and developers. 

 

Conditions of referral in plain English

1. All friends and clients must be advised that you will refer them

2. We will also remind them that they were referred to us and that we provide you and cash incentive for the referral.

3. The loan must settle before any referral is paid.

4. Sydney Wide Home Loans will pay any tax liability on the referral fee.

5. Our minimum referral fee is $300.00.
